Physical Therapy at Flagstaff Athletic Club first opened in early 1993, expanded to both clubs and grew to four primary Physical Therapists working as a cooperative with close to a hundred years experience in Physical Therapy, exercise and manual techniques between them. All manner of exercise modalities, including aquatics are available through the athletic club to allow just the right amount and type exercise to progress one through the stages of recovery all the way up to high level competitive sports.
