Quality VS Quantity! We don’t just want our customers to like our food; we want them to LOVE it! All of Satchmo’s creations are made with a “Homemade” mindset and come from the heart. Stocks, soups, gumbo, jambalaya and veggie burgers are created from scratch in house, as is the cornbread on a daily basis. All of our BBQ is based on a traditional slow smoked methods that require anywhere from 6-16 hours of cooking & preparation. Different BBQ items are smoked over carefully selected blends of both fruit and nut woods. Most all of our spice & seasoning blends are made in house and have been carefully paired with the perfect foods.
Satchmo’s catering offers full service to simple service catering. Satchmo’s along with its sister catering company (Canyon Country Catering) offers a full line of catering options. We can cater anything anywhere!
