The all Volunteer Board of Directors of the non-profit Flagstaff Professionals is chaired by Co-Founder Steven Scott, and meets once per week, following the morning General Meeting.

The Board reviews the morning meeting, and gives feedback on what went well, and what could be done better, with the constant goal of making the meetings meaningful, informative, fun, and providing opportunities for the membership to build and deepen relationships.

The Board Members main focus is to facilitate Referral Opportunities, and direct use of the membership funds to invest in growing the group, and enhancing interpersonal relationships among members.

Each Board Member has specific responsibilities, which vary from time to time, including Member Retention, Finance, Administration, Programmer & Event Planning, and By-Law Adherence.
